Audio Guide

The audio tour is included in the ticket price. You can download on our Audio Guide page. Available in Cantonese and English.

Minimum Age

There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children up to 3 years old will have free access to the exhibition. Please be advised some artwork contains sensitive content. It is recommended that parents accompany their children to the exhibition.

Café

We have light refreshments and a resting area inside the exhibition for your enjoyment.

Merchandise

Do you want to buy a souvenir to take home? At the end of the exhibition there is a special store, with a wide variety of products.

Duration

The visit of the exhibition lasts approximately one hour. Please always check the opening and closing times of the exhibition before planning your visit.

Baby Strollers

Access to the exhibition with baby strollers or baby seats is not allowed. These can be deposited in the parking space at the street entrance of exhibition.

Is it cold in the exhibition?

The exhibition is maintained, thanks to the air conditioning, at a constant temperature of 20 to 22°C

Are artworks on sale?

If you are a collector and/or are interested in buying an original artwork or limited edition print please get in contact with our sales team at collectors@banksyexhibitionhk.com

Cloakroom

There is no cloakroom service available. It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with: food, drinks, umbrellas, baby strollers or baby seats, large backpacks, suitcases, motorcycle helmets, bicycles, skateboards or any other kind of transport with wheels.

Reduced Mobility

The exhibition is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and the use of wheelchairs.

Photographs

It is allowed to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. Make sure you remove the flash, it can disturb other visitors. It is forbidden to use tripods, monopods and selfie sticks within the exhibition.

Artwork

Please be respectful and do not touch the artworks. Security system will be in place and visitors may be liable for any damages to the artworks.

Severe Weather and Force Majeure Arrangement

If a Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning has been issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 3 hours before ticket time, the exhibition will be closed; or in the event of Force Majeure causing closure to the exhibition, the organizer shall try its best to accommodate ticker holders for another entry date. Please check our social media account for updates on ticket arrangements.

Entry

It is recommended that you purchase your tickets online to avoid waiting in line at the door.

Time Slots

To ensure a pleasant visit for all visitors, access to the exhibition is organized in 1-hour passes or slots. It is necessary to select a certain time and day when buying tickets and organize the visit. Once the exhibition is accessed, the visitor can stay inside as long as wanted. The average time of the visit is 1 hour.

What happens if I lose my entry time?

In that case, we will try to let you enter the next pass, always subject to availability of capacity. We recommend that you arrive on time. We cannot guarantee access to the exhibition outside the hours indicated in the entry, when the capacity is complete.
